In 2025, 15‑year‑old Anna Zhang organized a fundraiser called Together with Aqua to help her friend Aqua, a courageous teen who uses a wheelchair. Aqua’s dream was simple yet powerful — to go out and explore the world.Through community art sales and donations, the fundraiser raised over $30,000 to help Aqua purchase and renovate a wheelchair‑accessible van, giving her the freedom to chase that dream.

During that time, Anna had a moment she would never forget. While painting with Aqua, she noticed that Aqua couldn’t hold the brush herself — but the light in her eyes revealed every idea and feeling she wanted to express. That moment changed everything. Anna realized that art isn’t just made with hands — it’s made with imagination, heart, and connection.

Inspired by this, Anna launched Draw Together — a youth‑led art campaign and a project under OAC Together, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inclusion and accessibility. Draw Together invites all kids to submit their artwork year‑round to be displayed and sold in galleries and events. Each year, the funds raised support one disabled child or teen in reaching their dream — a tradition born from Aqua’s wish to explore the world.
